Welcome to Daily Rite, a mobile wellness app developed and operated by Daily Rite Inc. (“Daily Rite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Daily Rite app (“App”) and its associated services (“Services”), you (“User” or “you”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the App.

1. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

  • Be respectful and courteous towards other users.

  • Avoid engaging in harassment, discrimination, or any behavior that threatens the safety or wellbeing of others.

  • Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise authorized by Daily Rite.

2. Data Collection and Usage

Daily Rite collects data to provide you with personalized insights and features. This includes tracking your:

  • Habit completion and self-reported wellbeing metrics (e.g., stress levels, happiness, achievement).

  • Behavioral trends to offer insights and share anonymized data with the community (if you have a public account).

3. Premium Subscription

While the App is currently free, Daily Rite plans to introduce a premium subscription service in the future. Additional terms related to subscriptions and payments will be provided upon the launch of these features.

4. Disclaimer

Daily Rite’s features and insights are intended for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice or professional guidance. You agree that:

  • The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Rituals or insights provided by the App or other users should not be relied upon for medical or therapeutic purposes.

  • You assume full responsibility for how you interpret and use the information provided by the App.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms.

  • Engage in behavior that threatens the safety or wellbeing of other users.

  • Use the App in a manner deemed inappropriate or harmful by Daily Rite.

Daily Rite also reserves the right to terminate accounts at its discretion if necessary to protect the integrity of the App or its community.

6. Content Ownership and License

  • Users retain ownership of all content they create and upload to the App, including rituals and related materials (“User Content”).

  • By uploading User Content, you grant Daily Rite an indefinite, fully paid, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for purposes including, but not limited to, promoting and improving the App.

  • Daily Rite will not claim ownership of your User Content beyond the scope of this license.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The App currently integrates with Google for sign-in purposes. By using Google Sign-In, you agree to Google’s applicable terms and privacy policies. Future integrations will be governed by additional terms as necessary.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal laws of Canada. For users in the United States, Daily Rite complies with applicable U.S. laws to the extent required. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Canada or the United States, depending on the user’s location.

9. Changes to These Terms

Daily Rite reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting within the App. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
